About me
I am a cis-gendered, currently able bodied, Queer, a Relationship Anarchist, Creative, and a life long learner. I am also Asian American with Vietnamese and European Lineage, I grew up in a large blended multiracial family (Black, White, Asian) which greatly influenced my lens and perspective.
I love to read, cook, paint, write, yoga, play boardgames, sit amongst trees , dream, and dance.
I reside on the unceded land of the Dakota People, otherwise known as Mni Sóta Maḳoce, colonially known as Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota.

ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
I use modalities which include parts work, narrative therapy, somatic awareness and systemic/relational lenses. I also invite intentional awareness of sacred grief, liberated love, collective healing, decolonization, community, embodiment, identity, etc.
I accept most insurance. This service is provide through Namu Integrative Therapies.

Support Groups
Wellness doesn’t happen in isolation. I offer space for people to gather as needed. I act as supported guidance to provide intentional direction and curiosity in conversation. This is a pay what you can space and is offered based on availability and demand.
Integrative Guidance
This space is for folks looking for healing space outside of therapy. Although this space may feel therapeutic it is not therapy. I meet you where you are at to explore ways to further connect you to your own intuition, creativity, curiosity, gifts and guidance. We will share collective wisdom and creativity to create paths forward. Based on individual this may include integration of shadow work, somatic awareness, and spirituality. No diagnosis, no insurance, you can be located anywhere.
